- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Return an Item

- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include your proof of purchase and a note with your return request.
- Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- Approved returns will be processed, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
